It has 2 bedrooms, sleeping up to 6 people. There is a large living space with kitchen/ dining and sitting area with tv, dvd etc...
Large, enclosed gardens make it safe for children. BBQ and garden furniture.

June, July, August and September : 475 euros per week
Rest of year : from 350 euros
The Gite is situated at the eastern end of the property 'Cour de Pierres' and is laid out over 2 floors of a tower with dual aspects of the courtyard and rolling fields and woods. On the ground floor ther is an open plan kitchen/lounge diner. The bathroom/shower room is also on the ground floor. The sitting area has English satellite TV, DVD player and access to WIFI. The kitchen has a range of units and ample work surfaces with fridge/freezer, gas cooker and microwave.
Outside is a pleasant garden area with barbeque. The Gite is set in 1.8 hectares of farmland and adjacent to apple orchards. Ideal walking and cycling countryside.
The property is 20 min drive to the Chateau town of Saumur and just 50 mins from both Angers and Tours. Within easy driving distance of most of the Chateaux and Vineyards of the area, including Chenonceau, Amboise, Villandry and Azay Le Rideau.

Washing can be undertaken by the owner with prior agreement.
During July/August changeover day is usually Saturday. Please contact the owner for other possibilities. Short breaks also available, please discuss individual requirements with the owner.
