La Bagatelle with private heated swimming pool !!!!!
La Bagatelle is situated just North of Saumur, an individual house quietly positioned at the edge of the village of Vernoil, within walking distance of the Boulangerie, Butcher, Epicerie, Bars, Cafés etc... The Gite has off-road parking.
It sits on its own large garden with views to the rear of Cherry trees, the back garden is secluded and has a heated swimming pool of 6m x 4m, garden furniture and bbq.
The house itself consists of a large kitchen/dining room, sitting room, two large bedrooms and a bathroom. (one bedroom with a King size bed and the other with a double bed and a single bed) The kitchen has dishwasher, microwave, oven, four hobs, fridge and freezer and there is of course a washing machine for your use. (high chair and cot also available)
Rates :
Jan - April : 475 euros per week May : 600 euros per week June : 650 euros per week July and August : 980 euros per week, including linen. (2 wks 1900 euros) Sept - October : 600 euros per week, including linen Nov - April : 475 euros per week
Electricity/Heating is charged. The meter reading is taken when you arrive and when you leave and the corresponding amount deducted from your 400 euro damage deposit. End of stay cleaning is included, except cleaning of the kitchen (oven, fridge etc...) if cleaning is required this is charged at 80 euros.
Daily cleaning available at 20 euros per hour. (average summer electricity charged at around 17 euros per week, which includes pool heating - depending on usage)
To reserve we ask for 50% of the rate, this is non-refundable. The remainder is due 6 weeks before your arrival date. Please do ensure that you take out fully comprehensive Holiday Insurance to cover you for all eventualities.
