BED AND BREAKFAST and / or GITE ROSERAIE self catering cottage
This lovely cottage has a fully equipped kitchen and dining area for 10 - 12 people....and a large sitting room with tv and dvd player.
The cottage retains all charming features such as stone walls and oak beams but with modern fixtures and fittings.
Also downstairs a double bedroom with ensuite shower room.
Upstairs are two very large bedrooms both with bathrooms.
Both bedrooms have a double bed and 2 single beds.
The cottage has full use of the swimming pool, lake for fishing/boating and gardens and grounds. It has its own garden area to the front of the gite with garden furniture and BBQ.
Bed and Breakfast rates :
Double room : 80 euro per night, including breakfasts for 2 people
Triple room : 100 euros per night, including breakfasts for 3 people
Family room : 120 euros per night, including breakfasts for 4 people.
Self catering rates :
Nov, Dec, Jan, Feb, March, April : 650 Euros per week, (apprx : £500) including linen and electricity (heating extra)
May, June, Sept and October : 750 E per week, (apprx : £650) including electricity (heating extra)
July and August : 1300E per week, (apprx £1100) including electricity etc..
The Gite can be rented for a minimum of 1 week during July and August and for a minimum of 3 nights at other times of the year : 175 euros per night Breakfast, if required is served at 8 euros per person.
