This very cosy little Gite is ideal for a couple looking for a quiet hide-away. A large fully equipped kitchen and sitting/dining room downstairs plus a large double bedroom and very spacious bathroom upstairs. It also has a sofa bed in the sitting room for an extra two people if needed.
Outside you have your own small patio and garden and added advantage of the lovely French owners with their beautifully tended garden.
Ideally situated within walking distance of two small towns, boulangerie, supermarket etc.. yet backing onto countryside and a magnificent forest.
Being just 19 km from Saumur and the Loire river makes it perfecting situated for visiting all the attractions of the region
Rates include all linen, electricity and there are two bicycles for your use also!
July/August = 595 euros per week May/June/Sept /Oct = 550 euros per week
Heating if required = 5 euros per day.
